1) What are the Uniform Requirements?

* Gi: Official Gracie Barra Gi, Official Gracie Barra rash guard, and belt. 

* Adult No Gi: Official Gracie Barra ranked rash guard, official Gracie Barra no gi shorts. 

* Kids No Gi: Official Gracie Barra black rash guard, official Gracie Barra no gi shorts, and belt. Kids must wear a belt to compete since the ranked rash guard is not available.

3) What's the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. If the reason for the request is a medical condition, the deadline for a future credit is one week before the event. Tournament credits can be used to register for future events in this region.

4) How do I know the time of my matches (or my child matches)?

The brackets and estimated time of matches will be released two days before the event. Plan to arrive at the tournament at least 60 minutes before your scheduled time to compete.

5) Do I have to show up right when it opens and stay there all day?

No. Plan to arrive at the tournament at least 60 minutes before your scheduled time to compete. Detailed schedule and estimated time of matches will be released two days before the event. 

6) Can I update my registration information?

Yes!  You can correct the division you are registered to compete in until the division correction deadline (May 14th). Just log back into your account, "My Account" and make all of your changes. Click here for a step-by-step on how to correct your division

7) Do I have to create a different account for everyone in the family?

No!  You can create different profiles within your account and register everyone from the family.

8) Is there an spectator fee?

Yes. A spectator ticket is $10 (cash) at the door. Competitors up to 16 years old receive one complimentary spectator ticket. Kids 3 and under is free. 

9) Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No. The name on the registration must match the name of the competitor. 

10) WHEN DO I WEIGH-IN?

Competitors weigh in on the day of the tournament. Most divisions allow competitors to weigh in one hour before the match.
