1) What's the Uniform Requirements?

Any color Full GB Uniform ( Gi + rashguard)

2) Is There Free Parking ?

4) What's the refund policy?

Registration is fully refundable in the form of tournament credit two weeks before the event. If the reason for the refund request if a medical condition, the deadline for refund is one week before the event. Tournament credits are transferable and can be used to register for future events.

5) How do I know the time of my matches (or my child matches)?

The brackets and time of matches will be released two days before the event. Plan to arrive at the tournament at least 60 minutes before your schedule time to compete. You can check your smoothcomp profile by phone or on the display monitor located at weigh-ins.

6)  What time doors open?

8:30 am

7) Do I have to show up right when it opens and stay there all day?

NO.  Please check brackets and schedule as it shows dynamic schedule. We recommend an hour prior to start fight time at least. 

8) Can I update my registration information?

Yes!  Just log back into your account and make all of your changes

9) Do I have to create a different account for everyone in the family?

No!  You can create different profiles within your account and register everyone from the family.

10) Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

No. But you can request a credit to be used in future events.

11) Is there a spectator fee?

Spectator entry Fee: CAD $15.00 - Spectators will receive access to seminars, workshops and, for kids, the GB Kids Zone. (Kids 5 & Under are free).

Competitors also receive access to seminars, workshops, and the GB Kids Zone for no additional fee.

12) Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

It's better that you fix this information, for example if your child is the one competing but it's your information on the ticket and purchase it may confuse you, your child and the staff working on the day of the event when we are calling your "child" to compete and you don't hear his name because we don't have his info!
