REFUND POLICY

You can cancel and request a full refund of the registration fee at any time up to Monday 11.59pm before the event date.

After this date the fee is non-refundable.

Compnet cannot guarantee the athletes will show up for the tournament. Therefore, Compnet will not refund athletes who end up without a match due to a non-show for his / her opponent.

Only Exemption: Athletes who are alone in their bracket and the organizer was not able to allocate them in any other suitable division are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee.

If you are alone in the bracket, you will be given the option to either be declared the winner of the division and receive the medal at the podium or be offered a refund.
