The CompNet website is a Tournament Registration Website. By using the CompNet website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
1. Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to register for a CompNet event. Additionally, in order to better provide you with competition registration, CompNet may collect general personally identifiable information and “Competitor Profile Information”, such as your:

If you enroll to compete, CompNet will collect billing and credit card information. This information is only used to complete the purchase transaction.
2. Use of your Personal Information
General personally identifiable information will be used for communication purposes with you, to provide the services offered by CompNet and to communicate regarding administrative matters related to CompNet. Competitor Profile Information will be used for verification purposes, competition scheduling, CompNet rankings, CompNet results and the CompNet tournaments themselves.
3. Likeness
Your visual image, likeness, and voice recording may be recorded if you compete in a CompNet event. This likeness may appear on the CompNet website or be used in or on future promotional materials. By providing your photo and competing in a CompNet event you consent to these uses.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
CompNet does not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third parties. CompNet may, from time to time, share your information with select Gracie Barra entities so that they can provide you with special offers, promotional materials, and other materials that may be of interest to you.
In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party, a Gracie Barra affiliated entity. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide the information described above, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

CompNet collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. CompNet collects this information for registration and participation in CompNet Jiu-Jitsu Tournaments. Right to Deletion : On receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

• Direct any Gracie Barra affiliates to delete your personal information from their records.
