- What's the refund policy?

Full refund given if canceled by 09/29th

- What time doors open?

8:30 am

- Do I have to show up right when it opens and stay there all day?

NO.  Please check brackets and schedule as it shows dynamic schedule. We recommend an hour prior to start fight time at least. 

- Can I update my registration information?

Yes!  Just log back into your account and make all of your changes

- Do I have to create a different account for everyone in the family?

No!  You can create different profiles within your account and register everyone from the family.

- Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

No. But you can request a credit to be used in future events.

- Is there an spectator fee?

Spectator entry Fee: CAD $15.00 - Spectators will receive access to seminars, workshops and, for kids, the GB Kids Zone. (Kids 5 & Under are free).

Competitors also receive access to seminars, workshops, and the GB Kids Zone for no additional fee.

- Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

It's better that you fix this information, for example if your child is the one competing but it's your information on the ticket and purchase it may confuse you, your child and the staff working on the day of the event when we are calling your "child" to compete and you don't hear his name because we don't have his info!
